Returns & Refunds

We have a 3 day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at kensualhealing@gmail.com with your order number as the subject. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I care for my KENSUAL pieces? 

To keep your Kensual pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly in complimentary jewelry bag provided when not in use. For gold plated jewelry longevity, avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen and perfume. Pieces that are not solid gold or gold fill should not be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also pack pieces carefully for travel - we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage. 

What are the metal options? 

•Kensual has 12-18K gold, gold fill, brass, silver and stainless steel options.

Our brass is heavily plated and coated with an anti-tarnish finish.

•Stainless steel Jewelry - A steel with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless steels are most notable for their corrosion resistance aka rust-free. The beauty of our stainless steel jewelry is that its thick Gold Plated & if it turns, it fades to a lovely ombre of Gold & Silver. 

My brass jewelry is turning color, what do I do?

Store in complimentary Kensual Jewelry bag or keep in jewelry box when not wearing to protect and prevent damage. 

Use a mild or natural jewelry cleaner on 14K Gold, & Gold Filled jewelry. Clean Brass jewelry with lemon juice and baking soda to lift heavy build up and tarnish and to restore. Stainless Steel & Gold Plated jewelry will turn naturally over time. Each persons body chemistry can make each metal react differently. We are not responsible for your skins reaction to metal or vise versa.    

Always polish your pieces with a polishing cloth.
